With the beach just 700 meters from the patio door, this grassy cottage is ideal for the family of water lovers. The cottage has been renovated with a strong emphasis on sustainable materials, Nordic design and plenty of activities for the whole family. There are four bedrooms and two completely renovated bathrooms with showers. The heart of the cottage is the cozy living area and the large living room. Here you can enjoy cozy moments in front of the wood-burning stove with games, books or a good movie. Adjacent to the living areas is the fine carpentry kitchen with a gas stove and fully equipped with everything you need for your holiday meals. The cottage is located on a beautiful natural plot with a lovely heated spa. From the living rooms there is access to the covered terrace where you can enjoy your evening meal. The beach is not far away, and when you need to rinse off the sand and sea water, you can do so under the open sky in the outdoor shower. Children of all ages are catered for with a table tennis table, playhouse, sandpit, climbing wall and table football. The garden is completely undisturbed, so sun loungers can be enjoyed in peace on the large lawn.
