About this house
This lovely holiday home offers an atmosphere and decor that matches the original 60s setting of the house. The house is lovely and open - especially because of the skylights and the large glass section facing the garden. The kitchen has a new oven and dishwasher, so you don't have to worry about doing the dishes. Here you can relax on the sofa and enjoy the fire in the new wood-burning stove. The house is year-round friendly, so whether you want to visit this gem in summer or winter, you can. However, the annex can only be enjoyed in the warmer months, so in winter it only sleeps six.
In the garden you'll find fruit trees, berry bushes and plenty of space to explore. The large grounds have plenty of nooks and crannies and a small, enclosed sun patio with roses and berry bushes where you can enjoy your coffee. There's also room for games, football, trampolining and baking bread by the fire pit in the garden. From this little paradise, it's only 300 meters to the water and a short walk to the ice cream shop and the Kattegat. The harbor town always has a great atmosphere in the summer. The area's best fishmonger is seven kilometers from the cottage - and Birkemosegaard is well worth a stop along the way.
