The charming tree house is set on a beautiful natural plot that offers climbing, caves and hide-and-seek, and even with the slightest sun, the terrace is warm and cozy. The cottage is kept simple and stylish - all black on the outside and light colors and wood on the inside. There are two bedrooms, one of which has a double bed and a large closet wall. In the other, there are two bunk beds that sleep four comfortably. The living room and kitchen are one in the same, and this is clearly the heart of the house. Here there is a fantastic view of Aarhus Bay, Aarhus city and the green fields. From the sofa, dining table and kitchen, you can enjoy nature while cooking or playing games. You can completely relax in front of the wood-burning stove as the seasons change with the weather. The trees close off the plot, so you feel isolated from neighbors when you sit on the terrace and enjoy the view. A pleasant path leads down to a lovely shallow sandy beach. It's about 750 meters down to the water, and the way down is easy going down the hill - on the way home the little ones need a little push up the hill. There are many fantastic walks and jogs in the area. At Molshoved you can feel the land meets the sea with steep slopes and open expanses. There is a rich wildlife, and the cottage is visited daily by badgers and deer when darkness falls. You can follow the wildlife beyond the fields and meadows, and the rich birdlife in the treetops.
