DAKOTA is set on a large plot surrounded by beautiful tall trees and a lovely, wild backyard. When you step inside, the heart of DAKOTA is the large living area with kitchen and living room, decorated in a calm, Scandinavian style. The large windows facing the garden mean that when you sit down at the dining table, it's actually like sitting in the open air. From here you have a clear view of the deer, pheasants, hares and "Egon Squirrel" that visit daily. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a delicious meal without compromising on equipment. There is an induction hob, convection oven and dishwasher. The kitchen cabinets are stocked with good quality crockery and plenty of it to create a well-laid table. And of course, you'll also find a Tripp Trapp high chair for the little ones. The living room is furnished with a large corner sofa that's perfect for lounging on. The bookcase has books if you feel like reading, while the display cabinet offers a variety of games for young and old - there's plenty of time for cozy moments together. The wood-burning stove creates just the right atmosphere on cold winter days, but is not really necessary as the heat pump effortlessly keeps the whole house heated - or cooled on hot summer days. The lighting is primary Phillips Hue, operated on the switches on the walls. There are three bedrooms - all with quality mattresses for a good night's sleep. In every room you get a great view of the backyard where you can watch the sun rise and maybe even be lucky enough to enjoy a deer basking in the morning sun. The master bedroom has a double wardrobe with shelves and space for hanging clothes, two bedside tables, a large mirror and a coat hook. The small bedroom has a single closet, a bedside table, a mirror and a coat hook. In the bunk room there is a 90x200 cm bunk bed with a drawer, a closet with various toys and books for different ages. The bathroom is a bit like stepping into a wellness area. There's a spa and a large shower room with space for the whole family. Through the windows, there is a fantastic amount of light that creates shadows on the walls. The utility room has it all - washing machine, dryer, microwave, vacuum cleaner, iron, drying rack, cleaning supplies, first aid kit, fire blanket and torch, repair kit with tools, light bulbs, batteries and other small items and fuses for the electrical panel. Outside, there are also plenty of things to do. There's a swing set, sandpit and fire pit. In the tool room you'll also find lots of different outdoor games and toys for many hours of fun. And if you feel like going for a ride, there's both a men's and women's bike for you to hop on. On the terrace, it's easy to find a good seat in the garden furniture under a shady parasol, and you're welcome to take out the Weber ball grill from the tool shed for a barbecue or cook over a fire with the accompanying fire equipment.
