About this house
In the enchanting town of Melby, you'll find a classic, newly renovated 70s house surrounded by beautiful nature. The large natural plot is right next to forests, protected Viking mounds and cozy farms with horses and cows, and from here it's only a few kilometers to the sea. Inside, the fine 70s details have been upgraded and the cottage has been refurbished with a focus on traditional and cozy cottage life. The large kitchen-dining room has a dining area for six people, and evenings can be enjoyed in front of the warm wood-burning stove or on the terrace overlooking the garden. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare a delicious meal that you can enjoy together. The cottage has been recently refurbished so the indoor climate is dry and warm. The four lovely bedrooms have comfortable double beds and are decorated in calm colors so you can quickly feel at peace. The house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac with few neighbors, so you can enjoy the peace, quiet and birdsong on the terrace. On the terrace you'll find outdoor furniture and a large gas barbecue for long summer evenings. The area offers everything from Liseleje's exciting pedestrian street with cafés and shops to the great beach and fantastic, enchanting natural areas. Dwarf ponies and graze on the farms around the cottage.
